Happy New Year To You All!! I normally don't get sentimental.. but 2013 has been an amazing year for me and my family! Apart from raising two daughters and being a wife, I totally loved being out here in the cyberspace connecting with new friends, sharing what I'm passionate about.. Wishful thinking....

Dear reader,

 I had a wonderful, quiet Christmas-evening with my family this year....I finally had some time to spend some time in the kitchen to prepare Christmas dinner. I prepared a nice pumpkin soup, a great stew of venison with homemade potato croquettes and cranberry sauce and ended with my home made chocolate cake....

Everyone enjoyed it ! 

It has been a strange year with lots of ups and downs...looking back on 2013 I must say that I also learned a great deal about a lot of things, but also about people...Overall it was a good year ....We also got a lot of new, interesting & lovely clients who found us through my blog,  for which I am very grateful. 

I also want to thank all my other clients for the confidence they had in us. It always makes me very humble...

As tomorrow is the last day of this year I would like to make some wishes...:

* I wish you all a safe and healthy year

* I wish you an interior filled with the things you love the most

* I wish to find the time to post more on my blog...

* I wish people would  talk less and listen more

Office In A Closet

Small areas are the best spaces to get creative with organization and decor. Imagine turning a tiny closet into a home office! It is totally possible --  I've picked a few closets that are well organized and have a good amount of desk area to get some real work done. Most of these home offices can be hidden when you don't want to think about work. This is my kind of office nook... a place that can get as personal and private to get some productive heads-down work done right inside the home. Colorful Bedrooms

Colorful, Eclectic, Bohemian chic, feminine, what ever you call these bedrooms... it does not matter.. Pop of rich colors here and there creating a warm feeling, antique furnitures that takes back in time, designs with plenty of details and interesting accessories make these rooms what they are. You have to like vivid colors, patterns and textures to enjoy these rooms. Floral Headboards

I need a new headboard for one of my bedrooms and I'm seriously considering a floral fabric headboard. All these rooms that I have picked here are filled with character and I can see how these headboards are brighting up every single room. They also seem more comfortable compared to metal or wood. Blending in the right fabric color and patten is going to be my challenge -- height will scale to the ceiling height, width will be as wide as the bed, any of these shapes will work for me, color and pattern.. something that needs a long hard look.. too many choices are out there.. this collection is going to guide me..
